20191112 Update record

  1. Update Help documentation;
  2. New Excel add-ins feature - Dynamical parse an SPL expression in Excel cells;
  3. New external library function - mongo_insert(), which inserts data to a MongoDB database;
  4. New feature: Memory fault tolerance.
  5. New feature: SQL+ syntax. It translates a SQL statement into an executable SPL script, or calls a SQL statement via JDBC/ODBC to execute and get the result.
